We provide an inclusive program that is based on the children’s needs and interests as healthy as introducing children to new experiences. We believe that young children need interesting and enjoyable play experiences and activities to produce challenges to their spontaneous curiosity, arouse creativity and instill a love of learning. Our program includes ideas from staff, families and the children and is based on observations of the children. Our staff work together as a team and are everlasting friendly, trustworthy, caring and reliable. Our staff also work in partnership with parents, encouraging them to join in with all aspects of the center. The program is planned for the individual child and is based on their needs and interest. Beehive Childcare is now using LIFT (Learning Involving Families Teachers), an online Hasty Childhood Programming and Documentation program where all your kid observations, day book and the daily program for the room will be recorded. Each kid at Beehive has their own portfolio (online) which the staff continuously update during the year.
