Helping individuals and couples we are a group of experienced, like-minded counsellors who work with both individuals and couples - whether it be for individual or relationship counselling, drawing on our extensive experience and training to ensure we are using the most suitable methodology for you the client and your situation. We have now been in practice for 10 years and relationship counselling has become our speciality.

Now we are talking about a fury that seems totally misplaced. Whether in fact they are a victim is irrelevant, their feelings are their reality. This then makes it very real and sometimes painful, but it enables the victim to move on. Firstly they need to ensure that others have stopped taking advantage of them or are imposing on their boundaries. Behind talking through previous pain, acknowledging it and being validated, it is then critical to make a aware decision to move on.
